The Company employs a direct sales department of packaging specialists as well as a technical service group.
All packaging specialists are trained to conduct customer on-site evaluations in order to identify opportunities to improve the packaging process. The technical service group provides on-site customer support for installation, start up and training as well as on- going preventive maintenance, integration and contract maintenance services.
All service technicians are equipped with stocked company vans and capable of providing onsite broadband communication support. INOPAK® service technicians are trained and certified by our manufacturers. Customer technical training is also available at INOPAK® and is conducted on a regular basis.
