INOPAK (Innovative Packaging Systems and Design, Inc.)
For over 25 years Innovative Packaging Systems & Design, Incorporated (trading as INOPAK®) has provided solutions in order to increase productivity and reduce secondary packaging operating costs for our customers. This includes providing automated equipment, implementing cost reduction programs and providing “after the sale” support services. These services include engineering and project management, mechanical/electrical installations, on-site training, 24 hour emergency technical support and maintaining local parts inventory. Equipment reconditioning and leasing programs are also available.
The Company employs a direct sales department of packaging specialists as well as a technical service group. All packaging specialists are trained to conduct customer on-site evaluations in order to identify opportunities to improve the packaging process.
The technical service group provides on-site customer support for installation, start up and training as well as on going preventive maintenance and contract maintenance services.
All service technicians are equipped with stocked company vans and capable of providing onsite broadband communication support. INOPAK® service technicians are trained and certified by our manufacturers. Customer technical training is also available at INOPAK® and is conducted on a regular basis.
